Maximizing Email Marketing to Support Better Engagement and Direct Leads
Magnetic Strategy leveraged email marketing to enhance user engagement, build out marketing lists, and drive more revenue. For guests, weekly emails are sent out, featuring a “Costa Rica Up Close” cultural edition. These emails included highlights of featured tours, a curated rotation of properties, and strategic social media callouts.
Additionally, we created a template showcasing a featured property to capture the attention of potential guests and increase its exposure.
We also provided a separate email strategy dedicated to property owners. This monthly email campaign was implemented to deliver news, updates, and relevant market information. This allowed Special Places of Costa Rica to save valuable time communicating with homeowners and ensured they were always properly informed.
An additional, marketing goal was to develop a real estate email list that would be distinct from the previous two and would promote the properties Special Places of Costa Rica is able to sell. Magnetic Strategy’s team created weekly emails with real estate call-outs to advertise the properties as well as build a new list that would target potential buyers.

In response, Magnetic Strategy created entirely new sections highlighting a myriad of activities. From popular adventures like sailing, hiking, ATV rides, horseback riding to the thrill of ziplining, the new content not only engaged visitors but also positioned Special Places of Costa Rica as a comprehensive guide to the region’s attractions.

Expanding the website’s scope beyond vacation property listings, we crafted a series of captivating content pieces under the banner “Explore Costa Rica.”
These sections detailed the diverse attractions that make Costa Rica a unique destination, including volcanoes, rainforests, beaches, and other highly searched topics.
