Booking Engine Integration
Next, we integrated the website with the property management system, Guesty, using our Flux booking engine, to develop seamless booking management.
This integration created a single source of truth for listing information that was centralized and reflected any updates directly across both the website and PMS. It also allowed for listing customization including a pool heating inquiry feature which was added to allow guests to request pool heating before their arrival.
This booking engine integration saved Coastaway from the time and hassle of frequent manual updates to the website listings while also giving their customers a better user experience.
Travel Blog & Things to Do Content
After building the fully functional website for all device types the next step was to create a local travel blog to ensure the site was able to capture more priority keywords and provide valuable information about the area, attractions, and activities, helping to attract and retain visitors to the site.
Magnetic Strategy also expanded on the content strategy with several static “things to do” pages to increase Coastaway’s authority and visibility across Google ensuring the site was optimized for drawing in even more organic users.
