To accomplish this, our team ran exhaustive tests using numerous software options. This was a time-consuming, but necessary, process that allowed us to find the best possible fit for the Scuba Caribe staff.
After spending months testing eight different booking platforms, we opted to use the TourCMS API for the Scuba Caribe project. We then turned our attention to the following details:
- Creating a website that is relevant to both local residents and tourists in the 9 nations where ScubaCaribe has a presence
- Showing the ScubaCaribe team the benefits of investing more development money upfront to avoid paying the high monthly fees many booking engines charge
- Designing a clean, easy-to-navigate website that holds visitors’ attention and only contains necessary information
- Developing a custom contact form to give users an easy way to communicate with the company directly on the homepage. Chat, email, and Facebook messenger are all available, eliminating annoying pop-ups
- Fully branding the custom booking engine and checkout process so users do not have to leave ScubaCaribe.com to go to a third-party webpage
